From canapés, platters, seasonal salads, grazing tables, buffet lunches, delicious dinners and dessert platters for your next party, private event or bespoke feast (up to 100 guests).  

  • I provide a professional service of handing around food, serving drinks and cleaning up for your particular event at an hourly rate of $45 per hour, per waitstaff.

    I travel across the Southland region and Queenstown Lakes areas for catering while the brand new vintage-style Sprig & Thistle Caravan is available to stop by and visit at The Key, Te Anau.

  • I provide both the food and hospitality service for your small function, gathering or event.

    This includes preparing, cooking and laying out the food, handing around platters, filling up glasses and beverages, tidying up, cleaning up the kitchen after your particular event.

  • I use only the best seasonal produce therefore the menu items and ingredients used will depend on what is readily available for that particular time of year.
