I’m a chef, passionate foodie and specialist in coffee, treats, dinner parties and functions.

I studied Culinary Arts & Business in Wellington. Cooking and creating has always been a passion of mine, so I though why not follow my dream and turn it into a business!

I create all things sweet; baking, treats, dessert platters and savoury items such as; canapés, grazing platters/tables, seasonal salads, sides, fresh locally sourced meats and much more.

caravan & catering

I cover all your catering needs located across the Southland and Queenstown Lakes area, and have recently added a vintage-style caravan for locals and travellers alike to get a taste of what I have to offer. It’s full to the brim of fragrant coffee and delicious goodies fresh from the kitchen. 

davaar station

My food celebrates seasonal produce, fresh and delightful flavours, and the rewarding pleasures of creating delicious & beautiful food inspired by my home, Davaar Station.

Situated at the base of the Takitimu Mountain Ranges near Te Anau, my family have been farming the land at Davaar Station since 1915; the rugged hills and lush pastoral lands make it the perfect backdrop and inspiration for the food I create. Sprig & Thistle is as much about who I strive to be as a chef, while making strong reference to my family’s history.
