I’m a passionate foodie with a love for coffee, sweet treats, and beautifully curated gatherings. Whether it’s a relaxed roadside coffee or a bespoke catered event, I’m all about creating moments that feel warm, delicious, and memorable.
After studying a Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Business at Le Cordon Bleu in Wellington, I followed my dream of turning that passion into a business — and so, Sprig & Thistle was born.

I cover all your catering needs located across the Southland and Queenstown Lakes area, and have recently added a vintage-style caravan for locals and travellers alike to get a taste of what I have to offer. It’s full to the brim of fragrant coffee and delicious goodies fresh from the kitchen.

My food celebrates seasonal produce, fresh and delightful flavours, and the rewarding pleasures of creating delicious & beautiful food inspired by my home, Davaar Station.
Situated at the base of the Takitimu Mountain Ranges near Te Anau, my family have been farming the land at Davaar Station since 1915; the rugged hills and lush pastoral lands make it the perfect backdrop and inspiration for the food I create. Sprig & Thistle is as much about who I strive to be as a chef, while making strong reference to my family’s history.
